Instructions
  1. Chop Ivy gourd and keep aside
  2. Add oil and roast channa dal
  3. Now add ivy gourd and saute well with tamarind
  4. Now add onion and tomato and saute well and red chili too
  5. Now add salt and coconut and mix well turn off and allow to cool
  6. Now transfer to jar and grind well
  7. No temper with oil and mustard and urad dal and serve
