Instructions
  1. Chop the Kovakkai / Ivy gourd In round shape
  2. Chop the onion, green chili and tomato
  3. Heat the Oil in the pan and fry the ivy gourd / kovakkai
  4. now heat the oil in other pan and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and bengal gram
  5. add chopped onion, green chili and tomato and saute it for 5 minutes
  6. add fried ivy gourd / kovakkai and mix well
  7. add red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well and allow to cook for 2 mins
  8. now add grated coconut and mix well and allow to cook until the ivy gourd / kovakkai get cook well
  9. now ivy gourd / kovakkai stir fry is ready
