Instructions
  1. chop the ivy gourd / kovakkai in round shape
  2. in pan heat the oil and add ivy gourd and turmeric powder and fry it until it turn into brown colour
  3. fry the mustard and fenugreek seed in a pan with out oil
  4. make a powder by grinding it
  5. in a plastic or glass bowl add ivy gourd, salt, red chili powder, oil and mustard fenugreek powder and mix well
  6. allow for 2 days
  7. now ivy gourd / kovakkai pickle is ready
