10 nos Jackfruit seeds peeled and sliced
2 nos Drumsticks sliced, Muringaka
5 cloves Garlic chopped
1/2 tsp Chilly powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
5 nos Green chillies slit
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
1/2 of Coconut grated
Curry leaves As reqd
Coconut oil As reqd
Water As reqd
Salt As reqd

Instructions

For preparing jackfruit seed - drumstick aviyal, grind grated coconut, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garlic and cumin seeds.
Cook jackfruit seeds and drumstick in salt water with the above paste.
When it is cooked well, add coconut oil and curry leaves. Mix well and remove it from the flame.
Jackfruit seed - drumstick aviyal is ready.
