Jackfruit Seed - Drumstick Thoran
Jackfruit seeds with drumstick leaves
Ingredients
- 1 cup Jackfruit seeds roasted and powdered
- 2 cups Drumstick leaves
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 1 nos Onion chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup Coconut grated
- Mustard seeds As reqd
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- For preparing jackfruit seed - drumstick thoran, cook the jackfruit seeds with salt and turmeric powder until done.
- Steam cook the drumstick leaves.
- Splutter mustard seeds in coconut oil.
- Add in the cooked jackfruit seeds and the cooked drumstick leaves. Fry it well.
- Jackfruit seed - drumstick thoran is ready. Serve hot.
