Ingredients

2 cups Jackfruit seeds peeled and sliced, Chakkakuru
1/2 cup Raw mango chopped
1 cup Coconut grated
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
5 nos Green chillies slit
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Shallots chopped, Kunjulli
Curry leaves As reqd
Oil As reqd
Water As reqd
Salt As reqd

Instructions

For preparing jackfruit seed mango curry, cook jackfruit seeds in water and salt.
When it is half cooked add in raw mango pieces.
Grind coconut, turmeric powder, green chillies and cumin seeds to a fine paste.
Mash the cooked ingredients.
Boil the mashed mixture and ground ingredients with a little water. Remove it from the flame.
Splutter mustard seeds in oil. Then add in shallots and curry leaves. Pour this into the above curry.
Jackfruit seed mango curry is ready.
