1 cup Jackfruit seeds (peeled and sliced, Chakkakuru)1 cup Coconut (grated)4 cloves Garlic3 nos Dry red chilliesCurry leaves (As reqd)1 no Raw mango (sliced)2 tbsp Coconut oilSalt (As reqd) For preparing jackfruit seed thoran, first grind grated coconut, garlic, dry red chillies, curry leaves and salt.Cook the paste with the jackfruit seeds and some water.When it is half cooked, add in raw mango pieces and mix well.Pour coconut oil when it is cooked and mix well.Jackfruit seed thoran is ready.
