Instructions
  1. For preparing jaggery dosa, melt jaggery in 2 cups of boiling water and allow it to cool.
  2. Combine wheat flour, rice flour, rava, maida, cardamom, and coconut with the melted jaggery to make a fine batter.
  3. Spread a ladle full of the above batter on a hot non-stick pan and put 1 tsp of ghee around it.
  4. Let it cook on this side for a few minutes, and then turn over to the other side, and put 1 tsp of ghee around it.
  5. Wait till the dosa turns brown. Remove from the flame.
  6. Jaggery dosa is ready.
