Jaggery Dosa - Sweet Dosa

jaggery

Wheat flour
1/4
cup
Rice flour
Aripodi
1/4
cup
All purpose flour
Maida
3
tsp
Semolina
Rawa
1/4
cup
Coconut
grated
1
cup
Jaggery
Sharkara
2
nos
Green
cardamom
finely powdered, Elakka
Ghee
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing
jaggery
dosa, melt
jaggery
in 2 cups of boiling
water
and allow it to cool.
Combine
wheat flour
, rice flour, rava, maida,
cardamom
, and
coconut
with the melted
jaggery
to make a fine batter.
Spread a ladle full of the above batter on a hot non-stick pan and put 1 tsp of
ghee
around it.
Let it cook on this side for a few minutes, and then turn over to the other side, and put 1 tsp of
ghee
around it.
Wait till the dosa turns brown. Remove from the flame.
Jaggery
dosa is ready.
