4 nos White pomfret fish (around 1 kg contains 4 numbers of fishes)Turmeric powder3 tbsp Red Chili powder (peper)1 tbsp Black peper powder2 tbsp Coriander powder1 tbsp Cumin powder (Jeerakam)Green chillies5 tbsp Ginger paste3 tbsp Garlic paste10 nos Curry leavesPudina leaves(Mint leaves)Lime1 tbsp Salt1 tbsp Mustard seedsTomatoes3 tbsp Oil Remove the unwanted stuff from the fish. Have each of them single pieces. :- Don`t cut into pieces.Make some cuttings in the front and back of the fish using knife so that the fish soaks it and properly gets marinated.Clean it. Remove the water from the fish.Add salt, lime water to the dressed fish. Keep it for around 10 mins.Mix togther in a separate bowl, red chili (pepper) powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger paste and garlic paste.Heat coconut oil in a pan. Heat it properly.Splutter mustard seeds.Add curry leaves.Add the above paste which has already been prepared.Add salt. Stir well.Fry it for 3 - 4 mins.Add this paste to the fish (one by one). Keep the microwave oven bowl on the table. Keep one fish on it.Put some mint leaves on it and some green chillies.Keep one more fish on top of it.Keep the oven bowl inside refrigerator for 10 mins so that it gets marinated properly.Place some sliced tomatoes on top of it ie fully cover the fish using sliced tomatoes.Put it into the microwave and set the timer for 13 mins (depending on the temperature, where the rice takes 18 mins to be cooked).:- Serve for 2 persons.
