Instructions
  1. For preparing jawarisi/chowari idly, first cook jawarisi with some water in pressure until done.
  2. Fry mustard seeds and chana dal in coconut oil.
  3. Add onion, green chillies and fry again.
  4. Add curd to the cooked jawarisi.
  5. Add the onion mixture to the jawarisi curd combination.
  6. Add salt and make a batter out of this.
  7. Pour this batter into the idli maker trays after oiling the plate.
  8. Steam idlis until done.
  9. Jawarisi idly v Brahmins special recipe is ready.
