  • Mustard - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing jeera kuzhambu, soak tamarind in water.
  2. Water should be at least 60ml
  3. Fry cumin and pepper in ghee.
  4. Powder them.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Splutter mustard. Add garlic and fry again.
  7. Add tamarind juice, salt and turmeric powder.
  8. Add powdered cumin before removing from flame and serve hot.
  9. Jeera kuzhambu is ready.
