Instructions
  1. Soak chana overnight in water.
  2. Wash the chana and boil it in cooker with 3 glasses of water, salt and turmeric powder.
  3. After the first whistle, lower down the flame and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Turn off the flame and wait until the steam comes out.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion, green chillies, chopped ginger and curry leaves and saute till it turns to light golden colour.
  6. Saute for 2 minutes.
  7. Add boiled chana and mix well.
  8. Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves and chopped onion.
