Mustard seeds

Vegetables:-
Sweet Pumpkin
Raw Beans
Instructions
Cook red gram till half done.
Add vegetables, rice and cook till well done.
Fry remaining ingredients with a little
oil
and grind with
coconut
to coarse paste (not too fine).
Mix this to the cooked rice and dhal along with
tamarind
pulp and
jaggery
.
Add
salt
to taste.
Stir well and blend till it boils once or twice.
Garnish with seasoned mustard with
curry leaves
and 2 - 3
red chillies
.
:- Server hot with
ghee
and appalam (papad).
