  • Veg oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds - 3 gm
  • Indian Cottage cheese(Paneer) - 250 gm
  • Green peppers(Capsicums) - 2 nos
  • Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder -
  • Coriander leaves(A bunch) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -
For the Sauce:-
  • Veg oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chillies(whole) - 2 nos
  • Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
  • Garlic pods - 6 nos
  • Tomato - 6 nos
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
  • Garlic pods - 6 nos
  • Tomato - 6 nos
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
  1. Powder two whole red chillies and 2 tsp of coriander seeds.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil into a frying pan.
  3. Add the coarse powder to the frying pan. Stir and leave to fry for about 3 mins.
  4. Add chopped garlic to the pan and fry till golden.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes to the pan.
  6. Cook for 2 mins, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add 1 tsp of red chilli powder, and 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and stir.
  8. Turn down to medium heat, cover, and leave until the tomatoes are soft.
  9. Heat about 1 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil in the frying pan.
  10. Add 3 g of coriander seeds.
  11. When the seeds will start to crackle and pop, add the paneer cheese.
  12. Fry for about 2 mins until a little bit golden.
  13. Add the chopped peppers along with the salt and stir for about 1 minute.
  14. Pour in the kadai sauce you prepared earlier.
  15. Add a 1 tsp of kasoori methi and garam masala to the pan and stir till all the masalas are well coated.
  16. Add chopped coriander on the top.
  17. :- Serve with roti or rice.
