Instructions
  1. Soak kadala for 7-8 hours (overnight).
  2. Pressure cook (3-4 whistles) kadala with 2 cups of water,salt,turmeric powder,chilly powder,coriander powder,garlic pod,onion and grated coconut.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and add red chillies,chopped tomato and masala powder.
  4. Stir till the tomato is mashed well(3-4minutes) and then add to the cooked kadala and mix well.
  5. :- Kadala Curry is ready!!!
  6. :- Serve the Kadala Curry hot!!!
