Instructions
  1. For preparing kadhai mutton/kadai mutton/khadai ghost, first heat oil in a kadai and fry green chillies.
  2. When the color changes, take out the green chillies from oil and keep aside.
  3. In the remaining oil, fry the drained mutton pieces to a golden brown color till almost cooked.
  4. Remove the fried mutton pieces from kadai and keep aside.
  5. In the remaining oil, splutter cumin seeds. Add ginger-garlic paste, onion paste, chopped tomatoes and curry leaves. Saute for a while in low heat.
  6. When the tomatoes are nicely mashed, add garam masala, red chilly powder and required salt. Saute in low heat and add fried mutton pieces and bay leaves. Mix well.
  7. Add yogurt and cook till oil shows up on the surface.
  8. Add coriander powder, fried green chillies and close the kadai with a lid.
  9. Cook in low flame for 10 more minutes till the gravy acquires a thick consistency.
  10. Kadhai mutton/kadai mutton/khadai ghost recipe, a yummy mouthwatering dish, is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
