Kai pola/plantain cake is a easy and tasty sweet combination of banana and egg.it is a traditional and yummy snack which is famous in the malabar area.It is famous among muslim community and they prepare this during ramadan season.

Instructions
  1. Peel out outer skin of banana and cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the banana till it get golden brown in colour.drain out the excess oil and let it cool.in same pan fry cashew nuts and raisins.keep it aside.
  3. In a bowl add 4 egg,sugar cardamom powder and wisk well.
  4. Add fried banana,cashew nuts and raisins into it and mic well.
  5. Heat 1 tsp oil in pressure cooker at low flame,pour egg mixture and close the lid without pressure cooker weight.cook for 15-20 minutes
  6. Plantain cake/kai cake is ready
