Instructions
  1. Mix the egg, sugar and cardamom in a bowl thoroughly
  2. Add the flour to it and mix well to make a thick batter
  3. Heat oil in a kadai
  4. Take a handful of this batter and pour it to the oil in a spiral manner (like making a jalebi)
  5. Fry that side
  6. Turn it over and fry the other side till it turns light brown in color
  7. Repeat the process for the remaining batter
  8. Serve it as an evening snack
