  • Mix the whole of white rice, half a coconut pulp, perumjeerakam and grind with three cups of water.
  • Blend this grinded mixture with the pathiri podi and make it to tight dough.
  • Round this into small small pieces and flatten. Steam these pieces.
  • Fry the remaining half of coconut pulp in a pan. Grind the fried coconut with enough of water. 5) In a cooker firstly heat some oil, then add onion ,after it turns brown add tomato and chilly.6) Add chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder & pepper powder. 7) Add the meat stock and cook it fully.
  • To this add the grinded coconut and cook it for five minutes.9) In a nonstick cooker after heating a little of oil sandwich the beef curry and steamed pathiri pieces and cook well .
  • Add some pathiri above it the masala part,just like that.
  • Serve hot.
