  • Raw rice : 1 cup -
  • Milk : 1 cup -
  • water 2 1/2 cup -
  • Cardamom powder : 1/2 tsp -
  • cashew and raisins 1 tsp -

Instructions
  1. soak rice for 1/2 an hour .put it in pressure cooker
  2. add water and milk to it
  3. cook till 3 whisle and mash it well
  4. meanwhile sprikle some water on sugar cubes and allow it to boil for a string consistency
  5. pour it in the cooked rice. stir it in low flame
  6. add cardamom powder
  7. add fried cashews and raisins and serve
