Instructions
  1. For preparing Kanava Thoran, heat up a pan.
  2. Add water, kanava, onion and green chillies.
  3. Add salt to taste and let it cook.
  4. Grind together coconut, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric and fenugreek powder and grind once.
  5. :- Do not make a paste of it.
  6. Add this mixture to the cooked kanava.
  7. Heat oil in another pan.
  8. Splutter mustard seeds followed by red dried chillies and curry leaves.
  9. Add cooked kanava mixture into it and mix it for sometime.
  10. Garnish with curry leaves.
