Kankecha Sheera Wheat flour and other ingredients are added to make this festive sheere 1 cup Wheat flour (Aata)1 cup Ghee1 tsp Cardamom powder (Elakka podi)1 cup Sugar1 tsp Almond powderCashew nuts (As required)Rasins (As reqd, Unakka munthiri)Water (As reqd) For preparing kanakecha sheera, roast wheat flour in ghee till it turns golden brown in colour.Add sugar and water(as required) and mix well.Then add cardamom powder and almond powder.
