Instructions
  1. For preparing kanakecha sheera, roast wheat flour in ghee till it turns golden brown in colour.
  2. Add sugar and water(as required) and mix well.
  3. Then add cardamom powder and almond powder. Mix well.
  4. Cover and cook it for some time.
  5. Grease a bowl with ghee and spread cashew nuts in it. Transfer the sheera to the bowl and unmould it to a serving plate.
  6. Kankecha sheera is ready.
