Kannadi Muttai Kuzhambu is a south indian masala gravy prepared by cooking egg in authentic indian spices. It is a best accompaniment with white rice and chappathi.
In a pan, dry roast coriander seed , dry chilies, jeera, fennel seed and last add coconut and roast till coconut comes transparent white color. turn off . allow it to cool and grind into a paste
Now add tomato puree (3 tomato) and cook for 3 mins
Now add grinded paste and and add 1 1/2 cup water and cook for 10 minutes. add salt
Now add egg slowly in low flame and don't disturb for ten minutes and after that slowly stir. see whether egg cooked well , if not cook for 5 more minutes
Now slowly mix and turn off . Now its ready Kannadi Muttai Kuzhambu
