  • Beef(cut into small pieces) - 1 kg
  • Onion(sliced) - 1 nos
  • Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
  • Ginger(cut finely) - 1 piece
  • Garlic pods(cut finely) - 3 nos
  • Curry leaves - 2 stems
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Oil (for seasoning) -

Instructions
  1. Cook tapioca(kappa) and meat separately.
  2. Fry chopped onions, ginger and garlic in a pan by adding a tablespoon of oil.
  3. When brown, add rest of the masala powders and continue frying.
  4. Add meat and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix cooked tapioca(kappa) and keep on low fire for few more minutes.
  6. Remove Kappa and Beef and serve hot.
  7. :-Kappa and Beef can be used as a full meal or as a part of meal.
  8. :- Serve Kappa and Beef hot.
  9. :- Enjoy the Kappa and Beef puzhukku.
