Kappa-Chakka Puzhukku
Kerala special Tapioca(Kappa) or Jackfruit(Chakka) curry
Ingredients
- 2 cups Tapioca or Jackfruit(Chakka) Kappa
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 5 nos Green chillies split
- 5 nos Garlic pods
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
- 1/2 cup Grated coconut
- Salt As reqd
- 2 sprigs Curry leaves
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
Instructions
- Add this paste to the cooked tapioca or jack fruit pieces and stir well.
- :- Cook for 2 - 3 minutes, if you don`t like the taste of raw coconut - optional.
- Pour 2 tsp of coconut oil and add curry leaves and stir well.
- :- Serve hot.
