Reply sudha March 19, 2008 - 12:00 amTurned out really nice — I would add the garlic after the shallots or little onions are almost done since browned garlic can sometimes turn bitter. Found breaking up a few red chillies tasted good too(more kid friendly if your child doesn`t care for spice after too much pizza and pasta as used to here in the US) Reply Priya January 30, 2007 - 12:00 amExcellent Recipe. It tastes good even without garlic. I added lots of curry leaves too.. Thanks for posting this good recipe. Reply Vijaya February 6, 2007 - 12:00 amThx Priya….but do try with lots of garlic too… well, if you like garlic of course… do not chop it but just crush the unpeeled pods a bit and fry it after you do the seasoning. believe me, it is absolutely yummy… and btw, adding garlic is good for the tummy too…:) Reply vijayapai February 12, 2007 - 12:00 amvery good taste taken with fish curry Reply Leave a Comment Cancel ReplyRemember my details in this browser for the next time to post comment.
