Instructions
  1. Heat some water in a small vessel.
  2. Add the tapioca pieces.
  3. When the pieces are half boiled, add salt and mix well.
  4. Cook till the pieces have become soft.
  5. Drain off excess water.
  6. Smash the cooked tapioca pieces well.
  7. Grind together grated coconut, cumin seeds, garlic pods and turmeric powder.
  8. Add the ground paste to tapioca and mix well on low flame.
  9. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.
  10. Splutter mustard seeds.
  11. Add small onions, red chilly and curry leaves.
  12. Saute till small onions are brown in colour.
  13. Add this seasoning to tapioca and mix well on low flame.
  14. Switch off the flame.
  15. :- Tapioca dish is ready.
  16. :- Goes well with fish curry.
