Ginger
paste

Mushroom

Turmeric powder

Chilly powder

Garam masala

Tomato
chopped

ml
Water

tbsp
Cornflour
1
tbsp
Butter
1
tsp
Sugar
1/2
tsp
Lemon juice
Salt
As reqd
Coriander leaves
Few
Instructions
For preparing kashmiri
mushroom
soup, saute
onion
in
oil
.
Add
garlic
paste,
ginger
paste,
mushroom
,
turmeric
, chilly powder and
garam masala
.
Add
tomato
and
water
. Boil well.
Remove from flame and allow to cool.
Grind it well.
Heat the mixture again. Add
sugar
, lime juice and
salt
.
Add
cornflour
and little
water
.
When done, add butter on top.
Add coriander leaves and decorate.
