  • Apple 1 cup chopped -
  • Cherries 1/4 cup -

  • Raisins - 10
  • GarmMasala - 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel tsp - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves(few) -

Instructions
  1. Take 2 cup cooked rice and keep it ready.
  2. Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
  3. Heat oil and ghee in a vessel and add cashew nuts and raisins one by one.
  4. Add the chopped fruits and saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Mix in the rice and cook on low flame for 2 minutes and switch it off.
  6. Kashmiri Pulao with Fruits and nuts is ready now.
