Instructions
  1. Heat some oil in a pan.
  2. Add Onions and fry;add brinjals into it and fry for 2 mins.
  3. Add sambar powder and enough salt.
  4. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5 mins.
  5. Check for the status once in a while so that the masala doesn`t stick with the pan.
  6. :- Sprinkle oil if needed.
  7. When the brinjals are almost cooked, add thick cocunut milk and stir.
  8. Let it cook for 2 more mins and then switch off the stove.
  9. :- Tasty kathirikai varuval ready!!
  10. :- This side dish will go well with pulao, coconut rice, Dal rice. And its more tastier with Curd rice!!!
