This katta meeta pumpkin recipe is a sweet and sour recipe which is easily prepared. This is basically a punjabi recipe which they prepare for for their breakfast with puris. Instructions
  1. cut the pumpkind to cubes
  2. in oil saute fenu greek,hing,turmeric,ginger and green chilli
  3. add dhania powder
  4. add pumpkin cubes
  5. add red chilli powder, salt,little water cover it with lid and cook.
  6. when you see the pumpkins cooked and water drained add sugar,garam masala and aum chur powder
  7. simmer it for few mins and serve garnished with coriander leafs.
