  • Ponnakani Keerai - 1 cup
  • Tomato - 1
  • Cumin seed - 1 tsp
  • Green chili - 2
  • Boiled rice - 1 1/2 cup
  • Asafeotida - 1 tsp
  • Salt(as taste) -
  • Oil - 3 tblsp

Instructions
  1. In a blender add Tomato and cumin and green chili and grind it.
  2. Add keerai to blender and grind with tomato mixture as a smooth paste
  3. In a pan add Oil, add asafeotida, grinded paste and salt. cook well
  4. Allow to cool the boiled rice in a plate
  5. When Keera tokku comes out of oil, turn off the flame
  6. Now add rice to thokku and mix well
  7. keera sadam is ready
