Cut beef into thin strip's.The length of the slice should be medium.Soak it in saltwater for 15 minutes.Wash thoroughly using vinegar and salt,then wash well and strain.
In a bowl add all the powdered masala and vinegar.
Add beef pieces and mix well still all the masalas are well coated in each pieces.Then close the bowl and keep it in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Then heat oil in a kadai and fry the beef pieces.Fry the entire pieces in 3-4 batches.
