Kerala Beef Chilly Roast
Beef marinated in special masala and deep fried
Ingredients
- 1 kg Beef
- 2 nos Onion chopped
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp Chilly Flakes
- 2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 5 nos Green chillies chopped
- 2 tsp Ginger grated
- 2 tsp Garam masala
- Curry leaves FewI
Instructions
- For preparing kerala beef chilly roast, first marinate the beef with onion, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, chilly flakes, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt.
- Marinate for 1/2 an hour and pressure cook it with little water.
- Open the lid when done and cook till water is evaporated.
- In another pan, add oil.
- Add the cooked beef and fry it till it turns brown in color.
- Kerala beef chilly roast is ready.
