Beginners as well as bachelors can give a bold try. Bread slices are dipped in a tasty egg mixture and fried to a golden brown color in a hot tawa on both sides. Instructions
  1. Put the chopped onion, green chillies, salt, chopped coriander leaves and pepper powder in a bowl.
  2. Break the eggs and add all the above ingredients into it.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Cut bread slices in triangle shape.
  5. Heat 2 tsp oil in a tawa.
  6. Dip the bread pieces into the egg mixture one by one and arrange in the hot tawa.
  7. Fry both side till lightly golden colour.
  8. Remove into a serving plate and serve with tomato sauce or sweet and spicy chutney.
