Instructions
  1. Make a nice paste of the ingredients from 2 - 5 and put in the cleaned chicken.
  2. Heat Chilly powder and coriander powder and add into the above paste.
  3. Put salt according to your taste and keep this marination for 1 hour.
  4. Heat oil in the pan and saute the onions till they are brown and sticky.
  5. Add the marinated chicken to this and let it cook for some time.
  6. When it is half cooked add little coconut milk to this and let it cook nicely.
  7. Add the rest of the coconut milk to this and remove from flame after 2 minutes.
  8. Put Coriander leaves and Curry leaves for taste.
  9. :- Serve hot!!!
