Kerala Chicken Roast
Chicken Roast made with left out chicken curry
Ingredients
- 1 bowl Left out chicken curry
- 3 nos Onion
- 1 no Green chilly if u need more spicy
- Curry leaves as reqd
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Garam masala
- Coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai and sputter mustard seeds.
- Add curry leaves and onion.
- Fry till onion becomes pink.
- Add the left over chicken curry and fry well till the gravy thickens.
- Add garam masala and mix well.
- Garnish with corriander leaves.
