Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a pan.
  2. Splutter mustard seeds and saute dried red chillies.
  3. Throw in the garlic and green chillies.
  4. Once they are lightly brown, add the onion.
  5. Add the green peas and stir for 2 mins.
  6. Add the shredded coconut and salt to taste.
  7. After 3 - 4 mins, add the chicken pieces and stir for about 10 mins until the chicken is 3/4th cooked.
  8. Throw in the curry leaves and stir for 2 mins.
  9. Add the eggs.
  10. Add salt if necessary.
  11. Keep stirring until the dish appears dry.
  12. Note : Use all fresh Ingredients if possible
