Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions till golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add green chillies and fry for 1 minutes.
  4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala and fry for a minute.
  5. Add chilli powder and mix for about 10-20 sec and add the choppped tomatoes.
  6. Fry the tomatoes till oil leaves the sides and then add salt.
  7. Add the washed chicken pieces and fry for 5 mins.
  8. Once the chicken pieces are nicely coated in the masala, add the coconut cream and a little water if necessary.
  9. Cover and cook or pressure cook it till the chicken is tender.
  10. Hints:- :- Can add green chillies and chilly powder as per need.
  11. :- Can marinate chicken in salt, turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste for a few hours to tenderize.
  12. :- Add more coconut cream if more gravy is desired.
