  • Onion(sliced) - 1 no
  • Cheese(grated) - 200 g
  • Roasted cashew nut(crushed) - 1 cup
  • Tender coconut pieces(sliced/optional) - 100 g
  • Green chillies(finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger(minced) - 1 tsp
  • Curry powder - 1 tbsp
  • Cashew paste - 1 cup
  • Turmeric - 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves(Few) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing creamy chicken, first sprinkle salt in chicken and fry both sides in oil.
  2. Slice the fried chicken. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add onion slices and fry to a golden brown.
  4. Add curry powder, ginger, green chillies, mint leaves and salt.
  5. Add coconut slices and fry again. Add chicken pieces and mix again.
  6. Add crushed cashew nuts and mix well. Cover and fry for 5 minutes.
  7. Add turmeric and cashew paste. Mix chicken well. Add the cheese on top and cover it again for 2 minutes.
  8. When cheese melts, remove from flame.
  9. Creamy chicken recipe is ready.
