Instructions
  1. Wash and keep the dry prawns in water for 5 minutes and squeeze out the water. Spread it in a flat surface.
  2. Mix together the chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, vinegar and salt. Add the prawns and combine well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion and curry leaves till golden brown. Keep aside.
  4. Fry the marinated prawns in the same oil till crispy. Drain and garnish with fried onion and curry leaves.
