Kerala Easy Cabbage Thoran
Easy thoran in 5 mins
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cabbage grated
- 1 cup Coconut
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- Curry leaves as reqd
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sputter mustard seeds.
- Put grated cabbage and fry.
- Close the pan and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Close the pan and cook again for 2 mins and remove from flame.
