Instructions
  1. Cut crab into small pieces.
  2. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
  3. Add one small cup of water and boil it for ten minutes in a vessel.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Fry onion till brown.
  6. Add curry leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies and fry well.
  7. When it becomes light brown in colour, add tomato paste and mix it nicely.
  8. Pour the crab contents into this pan and cook it for ten minutes on a low flame.
  9. When the gravy becomes thick, switch off the flame.
  10. :- Serve with chappathi & rice.

Not yet try njandu(crab), because i do not know how to clean crab so please explain how we can prepare befor cook?

first flip open the outer shell by inserting small knife at the crab mouth and remove inner shell with meat.(outer shell is a garbage).
inner shell with meat you cut into two piece and remove all unwanted
stuff and clean with fresh water. now he meat is ready to cook.

THIS RECIPE IS NOT GOOD..I MADE IT AND THE CURRY WAS NOT GOOD..I GUESS THE CHILLY AND CORIANDER POWDER TASTE WAS MORE IN IT THAN THE CRAB….MAYBE YOU HAVE TO REFRESH YOUR RECIPE JASMINE..RATHER THAN WASTING OUR TIME!!!
