Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a vessel.
  2. Add green chillies, onion and fry till onions become light brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry nicely.
  4. Add the chopped tomato and fry for 2 mins.
  5. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder and fry for a min.
  6. Add the grinded tomato paste, coriander leaves and salt.
  7. Cook for 3 mins.
  8. Add water, cover and cook.
  9. Meanwhile when the above gravy is cooking, heat up a nonstick tava and add the remaining oil.
  10. Directly break the eggs one by one into the tava.
  11. :- Make sure the egg yolks dont break.
  12. Add 4 pinch of salt and 4 pinch of pepper powder all over on top of the egg(only one side).
  13. Turn the egg and cook well on both sides.
  14. Once the eggs are done , cut the omelette into 4- 5 pieces.
  15. Add these pieces into the gravy, cover and cook for 5 mins.
  16. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  17. :- Serve with rice.
