Instructions
  1. Grind to a fine paste freshly grated coconut, red chillies, half onion, coriander seeds. Keep that aside.
  2. Take a few drops of oil in a vessel.
  3. Splutter mustard seeds.
  4. SautT onion & cumin seeds.
  5. Add the cut tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.
  6. Once the tomatoes are cooked, add some water & curry leaves till the water boils nicely.
  7. Add the ground paste and stir to bring that to a boil.
  8. Stir once again and just bring it to a boil once and keep it aside.
  9. :- Serve with hot rice.
