  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Celery(diced into tiny cubes) - 1/2 cup
  • Carrot(cut into a wheat grain size) - 1/2 cup
  • Spring onions(finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • Beans(finely chopped) - 10 nos
  • Egg - 1 no
  • Oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Cook rice with 4 cups of water and cool it in a flat plate.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add egg and whisk it well with a spatulla.
  4. Add celery, carrot, spring onions, onions and beans.
  5. Add salt, pepper powder and stir and saute for 3 mins.
  6. Add cooked rice to it and stir it well and switch off the stove.
  7. Garnish with spring onions.
  8. :- Serve.
