Instructions
  1. Grind perinjeera, clove, elachi, Cinnamon stick,pepper in to powder form so as to make garam masala.
  2. Heat little oil in a kadai.
  3. Put ginger garlic paste and saute for 2min.
  4. Add onion n saute till it become golden color.
  5. Put all powders and saute for another 3min.
  6. Add the chopped tomatoes n keep for another 5 minutes.
  7. Pour 1 glass hot water and cover with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Open the lid and add garam masala and salt.
  9. Off the flame and pour coconut milk.
  10. Finally put the eggs and serve.
