Kerala Egg Cutlet Boiled egg snack 5 nos Eggs1 no Onion2 nos Green chilliesCoriander leaves (A few stalks)Garam masala powder (A pinch)Bread crumbsSalt (As reqd)Pepper (As reqd)Oil for frying Hard boil the eggs and remove the shell and cut lengthwise into half.Remove the yolk and keep aside.Heat little oil in a pan.Fry slightly the chopped onion, green chillies and coriander leaves. Add salt, pepper and garam masala and fry.Add the egg yolks and mix well. Remove from fire.Divide the fried mix into 10 portions. Fill it into the boiled egg.Coat only the filled side of the egg with bread crumbs and shallow fry only that side. :- Serve hot with tomato sauce. Kerala
