  • Hard boil the eggs and remove the shell and cut lengthwise into half.
  • Remove the yolk and keep aside.
  • Heat little oil in a pan.
  • Fry slightly the chopped onion, green chillies and coriander leaves.
  • Add salt, pepper and garam masala and fry.
  • Add the egg yolks and mix well.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Divide the fried mix into 10 portions.
  • Fill it into the boiled egg.
  • Coat only the filled side of the egg with bread crumbs and shallow fry only that side.
  • :- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
