Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add the chopped onions and green chillies in it. Fry until brown.
  3. Add all the dry spices into it and fry for a few more seconds.
  4. Add the ginger paste and tomatoes.
  5. When the oil starts seperating, add the tamarind juice and bring to a boil.
  6. Now add the fish pieces to this mixture and add 1/2 a cup of water to it.
  7. Cover and cook and add more water if needed depending upon required consistency.
  8. When the fish is cooked, add the cilantro to it.
  9. :-Serve hot with rice or rotis.
