You can find many variations of this dish with different measurements of the spices used, and here is my take with Silver Pomfret . Fish fillets marinated in fresh ginger garlic paste and other spices and then shallow fried in coconut oil. It is a perfect starter for your house parties. If you love fish, you should not miss this one. Serve Meen fry Recipe as an appetiser with Steamed Rice, Kerala Chicken Curry and Snake Gourd Thoran and Paruppu Podi.

Instructions
  1. Clean the fish and cut them into cubes.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and make a paste.
  3. Marinate the fish in this paste and leave it for an hour.
  4. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and lay the fish on the pan.
  5. Fry it for about 15 minutes, on low flame by turning them on both sides.
  6. :- Serve hot!!!
